  3. Enter personal, education & contact details; upload documents including handwritten declaration

  4. Pay application fee: ₹850 (Gen/OBC/EWS), ₹175 (SC/ST/PwBD)

  5. Submit form and save/print confirmation receipt

Is the window open for all states?

Yes, but you can apply for only one state/UT per candidate.

What if I miss the fee payment?

You must complete payment by 21 August; incomplete applications will be rejected.

Are there any written tests besides Prelims & Mains?

No. Final selection is based on Mains score and local language test.
